Cecilia Ribecco
There is one question that runs through my entire career: who interprets change when the manuals stop working. Over the years, that question led me to connect business, technology, leadership, institutions, and human impact.
Cecilia Ribecco is an international consultant in business models, artificial intelligence, and sustainability. She works with boards, governments, and international organizations on a question that cuts across every organization: how to decide with sound judgment when technology and context change the rules.
She is the creator of the proprietary Business Evolution Mindset™ (BEM) method, a seven-dimension framework that integrates strategy, technology, and the human factor, developed over more than fifteen years supporting organizational transformations across Argentina and Latin America. She specializes in change processes in technically driven industries with demanding cultures —energy, mining, finance, logistics— where AI adoption and ESG standards are no longer optional.
Her career combines executive practice with ecosystem building. She was selected by the U.S. Department of State to take part in the Global Entrepreneurship Summit at Stanford University, chaired the global ambassador corps of Women's Entrepreneurship Day (WEDO) —a movement present in 144 countries— and was the first woman to serve as vice president of the Argentine Entrepreneurs Association (ASEA). She was technical manager of the Emprende Pro Mujer platform for Latin America. The regional programs she led reached more than 70,000 people across 23 countries.
She is a TEDx speaker and international keynote speaker, with more than one hundred events across Latin America, and a university lecturer in programs related to data science, innovation, and productive development.
